Corrections

This site documents a third-party product whose pricing, episode counts and features move over time. If a statement looks wrong or outdated, send us the page URL, the exact sentence you dispute and, where possible, a source we can check. Copyright and DMCA notices

Candy Shorts AI does not host, embed or link to episode files, and it does not reproduce official artwork. If you still believe that material on candy-shorts-ai.com infringes a copyright you hold or are authorized to enforce, send your notice to dmca@candy-shorts-ai.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”.

To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), the notice needs all six of these elements:

1. Your signature, physical or electronic, as the rights holder or as someone authorized to act for the rights holder.
2. Which copyrighted work you say is being infringed. If one notice covers several works, a representative list is enough.
3. Where the allegedly infringing material sits, with enough detail for us to find it. Here that means the page URL plus the passage or image concerned.
4. How to reach you: name, postal address, telephone number and email.
5. A good-faith statement that neither the copyright owner, an agent of the owner nor the law has authorized the use you are reporting.
6. A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, that what you have written is accurate and that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner.

Complete notices are reviewed promptly, normally within a few business days, and anything we determine to be infringing is removed or disabled. If elements are missing we ask for them rather than act on a partial notice. Section 512(f) makes a sender liable for knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing.

Counter-notices

If material of yours was taken down after a notice and you consider the removal a mistake or a misidentification, you may file a counter-notice at the same DMCA address. Include your signature, a description of the removed material and the URL where it used to appear, a sworn declaration under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that the takedown was an error, your contact details, and your agreement to accept the jurisdiction of the federal court covering your address. Senders based outside the United States accept instead any federal district where this site can be found. Because Candy Shorts AI publishes only its own writing and accepts no uploads, counter-notices should be rare.

Trademark and brand concerns

Candy Shorts AI has no affiliation with, endorsement from or sponsorship by Candy.ai, CandyShorts or EverAI Ltd. Names such as Candy AI, Candy Shorts, series titles and the creator names on our digital twins pages appear only so readers can identify what we are discussing. Rights holders who object to how a mark or name is presented can send the URL to contact@candy-shorts-ai.com and we will answer in good faith.

Privacy requests

Requests to access, correct or delete personal data go to contact@candy-shorts-ai.com. The site collects very little; our Privacy Policy lists what is stored and why. Name the email address concerned and we will confirm the outcome by reply.

Reporting scams

If you ran into a page that borrowed the Candy Shorts or Candy AI name to collect card details, push a fake “leaked episode” download or install malware, tell us so we can add it to the warnings in our Candy AI Shorts leaked guide. Send the URL and a short description of what the page asked you to do; do not attach files. Flag it to your browser vendor too, and contact your bank immediately if money changed hands.
