Quick answer
Verified November 2026YES MA'AM is a Candy AI Shorts series about the lowest-ranked recruit on a military base and Sgt. Diana Demont, the commanding officer who pulls him out of the mud and claims him as hers. It has been extended six times; as of October 29, 2026 it listed thirty-five episodes, the newest five created between October 20 and 29, and on November 4 it still showed thirty-five, with no new episodes and out of the New filter. Two episodes are free on a Candy.ai account; the other thirty-three take Premium or 12 tokens apiece. Diana Demont is an AI-generated character, not a real person.
YES MA’AM on Candy AI: an old series with a seventh act
YES MA’AM is the odd one out in Candy AI’s New filter on October 29, 2026: not a new series but an old one that keeps growing. Its candy.ai series number is 82 against 280-plus for the fall 2026 launches; it began with five episodes, gained a second five later, a third alongside the September 2026 launches, a fourth by October 1, a fifth batch of seven by October 17, a sixth batch of three by October 20 and, by October 29, a seventh batch of five, for thirty-five in all. The New Episodes badge sat on its card on September 24 and 25, the series had left the New filter by September 30 and was back in it on October 1 with the fourth batch, still listed there on October 7 and gone by October 12; it re-entered the filter by October 17, 2026 with the fifth, was still listed on October 20 with the sixth and remained there on October 29 with the seventh, and was gone from it on November 4, 2026, still at thirty-five episodes. This site had no page for it until late September.
The story, paraphrased: the lowest-ranked recruit on a military base is dragged out of the mud by Sgt. Diana Demont, who decides he is hers. She is the commanding officer nobody touches, married to the Colonel who runs the base, and he is the one person who sees the woman inside the uniform.
The badge caught my eye in September, again on October 1, on October 17 with seven more episodes, on October 20 with three, and once more on October 29 with five. I have still only watched the free pair, which now feels like the first chapter of a book that keeps getting longer.
All 35 episodes of YES MA’AM, in seven batches
As of October 29, 2026 the series lists thirty-five numbered episodes, untitled and without synopses. Candy.ai numbers episodes in creation order, and those numbers fall into seven groups: the original five, five created much later, five numbered in the same period as the series that were live by September 23, 2026, five created after our September 30 check, seven created between October 12 and 17, three created between October 17 and 20, and the newest five, created between October 20 and 29.
| Episodes | Access | Batch |

| 11-15 | Premium, or 12 tokens each | Third batch, made with the September 2026 launches |

| 21-27 | Premium, or 12 tokens each | Fifth batch (IDs 1096-1102), seven episodes, created between series 325 and 326, so between October 12 and 17, 2026 |
| 28-30 | Premium, or 12 tokens each | Sixth batch (IDs 1153-1155), three episodes, created between series 335 and 337, so between October 17 and 20, 2026 |
| 31-35 | Premium, or 12 tokens each | Seventh batch (IDs 1305-1309), five episodes, created between series 365 and 366, so between October 20 and 29, 2026 |
Who is Diana Demont?
Diana Demont is a fictional character: part of the platform’s own AI-generated cast, the Candy characters, and the lead of YES MA’AM. She is not a real person and not a Candy Creators digital twin, the licensed likenesses of real performers. Nothing about her is filmed; the operator’s terms describe every character as fictional. Her name is searched on its own, and the series’ candyshorts.com address is built around it rather than the title. The same name serves as the chat profile in My Girlfriend’s Mom Needs A Ride, a series listed between October 20 and 29; we do not claim the two are the same person.
- Sgt. Diana Demont: untouchable commanding officer, the Colonel’s wife; “She’s in command.” is her poster line.
- The recruit: unnamed, lowest-ranked, the viewer’s point of view; “I came to follow orders.” is his.
- The Colonel: her husband, who runs everything.
Free episodes versus Premium: why tokens lose here
There is no Spicy tag, so the free layer is the usual two episodes on a Candy.ai account, and the thirty-three after them are locked behind Premium or, in the Candy.ai app, 12 tokens apiece. The arithmetic differs from the five-episode launches: thirty-three locked episodes at 12 tokens is 396 tokens, about $39.60 at the $9.99-per-100 rate of the smallest pack (September 2026 prices), while a single month of Premium is $13.99 and covers the whole catalog. Every price is in our Candy AI pricing guide; the free episodes guide covers the two-episode layer.
My own plan: the free pair predates all six extensions, so it shows the premise and nothing of where the thirty newer episodes go. I am going Premium and will report back.
Content notes
Adult content, 18+. Thirty-three of the thirty-five episodes sit in the paid tier, and the paid tier is rated explicit, nudity and sex scenes included; the two free episodes are setup. The premise turns on rank and a marriage between adult, AI-generated characters, and no theme tag is attached. Catalog-wide: our nudity in Candy AI Shorts guide.
Where to watch YES MA’AM
On candy.ai, under Candy Shorts, and at candyshorts.com, both behind a login and an age confirmation. A page offering thirty-five free episodes is re-uploading them or fishing for card details. Candy Shorts AI is not affiliated with EverAI Ltd., Candy.ai or CandyShorts; Candy AI links here may pay us a commission, and your price does not change.
How it compares with the fifteen-episode series
Thirty-five episodes make YES MA’AM more than twice as long as Mona’s Worst Enemy and Caught Between Sisters, the site’s two fifteen-episode runs, and makes it the longest series covered here as of October 29, 2026. The difference is genre: a house-rules comedy, a blackmail soap and, here, a chain-of-command story with a marriage in the way. Under Her Watch, five episodes with Sophie Dee’s licensed twin as the lifeguard in charge, is the nearest premise on the site. The platform also lists YES, DIRECTOR, Yes, Coach and Yes Professor, uncovered here and, as far as we know, unrelated beyond the name.
Editorial take
A series extended six times tells you more than a launch does: the platform adds episodes to titles that hold an audience, and YES MA’AM has now had that six times. Rank also gives every scene a rule to bend, and the marriage to the Colonel gives the story a clock.
The caveats: thirty-five short episodes are still no more than an hour and three quarters of story, and the free pair predates all six extensions. Watch episodes 1 and 2; if the sergeant’s voice works for you, a month of Premium costs less than the tokens and opens Mona’s and Emilia’s runs with it.
Small confession: I typed the title without its apostrophe the first time I went looking, and found it anyway. The platform spells it in capitals, YES MA’AM, apostrophe and all.
Frequently asked questions
Is YES MA'AM free on Candy AI?
Only the opening two. Episodes 1 and 2 of YES MA'AM play on a free Candy.ai account once the age check is done, the same allowance every non-Spicy series gets. Episodes 3 to 35 are paid: a Premium plan, priced in September 2026 at $13.99 monthly, $8.99 a month for three months or $3.99 a month for a year, or 12 tokens an episode in the Candy.ai app.
How many episodes does YES MA'AM have?
Thirty-five, as of October 29, 2026, and still thirty-five on November 4. It launched with five and has been extended six times: 6 to 10 came later, 11 to 15 in the same period as the series live by September 23, 2026, 16 to 20 after our September 30 check, 21 to 27 between October 12 and 17, 28 to 30 between October 17 and 20 and 31 to 35 between October 20 and 29. All are untitled, each one to three minutes long.
Is Diana Demont a real person?
No. Diana Demont is an AI-generated fictional character from the platform's own cast, the Candy characters group, and the lead of YES MA'AM. She is not a Candy Creators digital twin, so no real performer's likeness is licensed for her, and the platform's terms say no real person is shown or identified anywhere on it.
What is YES MA'AM about?
A recruit at the bottom of a military base's hierarchy is pulled out of the mud by Sgt. Diana Demont, who claims him as hers. She is the untouchable commanding officer, married to the Colonel who runs the base, and he is the only one who sees the woman under the uniform. Thirty-five short episodes, told from the recruit's point of view.
Is Premium or tokens cheaper for YES MA'AM?
Premium. The thirty-three locked episodes cost 12 tokens each, 396 in total, which is about $39.60 at $9.99 per 100, the smallest pack's price in September 2026. One month of Premium is $13.99, less than half of that, and it also unlocks every other series on Candy Shorts. Longer plans cost $8.99 or $3.99 a month.
Does YES MA'AM have nudity?
Yes. The paid tier, episodes 3 to 35, is rated explicit and contains nudity and sex scenes; nothing in the free pair goes that far. The platform is 18+, and every character, Diana Demont included, is AI-generated fiction rather than a filmed person.
