Always Open: My Girlfriend’s Stepsister Caught Me Looking on Candy AI

Always Open: My Girlfriend’s Stepsister Caught Me Looking is a Candy AI series about a counted glance. Leo has just moved into his girlfriend’s house. Her stepsister, Sadie, keeps her bedroom door open and tallies how often he looks in. She catches him once, and from then on the invitation stands: gym nights, open doors and a girlfriend who still trusts him, for now. Everyone in it is an adult, and the platform lists no tag. In the artwork a red-haired woman in a cream robe stands at a doorway, a man leans on the door behind her and a blonde woman folds her arms and watches.

One note on searching: a plain search for “always open” mostly returns opening hours. This guide is about the Candy AI series of that name.

The scorekeeping is what I would watch. A character who counts is paying attention, and that is more interesting than one who simply stares back.

Moving in, and the tally

The set-up is a household, not a one-off meeting. Leo lives there, so the open door is a standing fact of the household, and the synopsis builds on that routine: gym nights, open doors and a girlfriend who still trusts him. Its closing words, “for now”, act as the series’ own countdown. Nothing more is spelled out, and this guide does not guess at it.

Listed on November 4, 2026

Series 413 did not appear in our October 29 fetch (21:07 UTC). Our November 4 fetch (11:01 UTC) found it, with episode IDs 1415 to 1419, in the group of seventeen additions that lifted the total to 208. It is one of the 20 cards in the New filter. Candy.ai still does not show launch dates.

Five episodes, two free

Episodes are numbered, with no names attached, and the platform puts each clip at one to three minutes.

Leo, Sadie and the girlfriend

• Leo is the new housemate, and the person whose glances are being counted.
• Sadie is the girlfriend’s stepsister, an adult, named in the synopsis and attached to the series as its chat character.
• The girlfriend is the one who still trusts him. The platform does not say which figure on the poster she is.

The platform uses the name Sadie, and the chat profile Sadie Ashworth, in two other series: My Stepsister Still Calls Me Loser and My Roommate’s Girlfriend. It does not say that the stories connect, so treat it as a repeated profile name, nothing more.

Paying for the last three episodes

The last three clips cost 12 tokens apiece, 36 across the set, which is near $3.60 if you buy the $9.99 pack of 100 tokens as priced in September 2026. Premium covers them without a token spend. Our pricing breakdown lists the plan figures.

The free pair is the test. I want to see whether the tally survives into the second clip or gets dropped once the door has been walked through.

Close relatives: the other open door and a few watchers

• My Girlfriend’s Stepsister Left the Door Open also begins with a girlfriend’s stepsister who does not close up. Its hero, Noah, is caught looking and she turns it into a game with a hallway, a jacket and a closet; this one is a tally kept by a stepsister whose door never closes.
• My Neighbor Stopped Closing The Blinds has a woman on her deck who knows she is watched, and a husband who works nights. The watcher there is next door, not under the same roof.
• My Roommate’s Girlfriend shares the Sadie profile name, with a weekend visitor in place of a housemate.
• My Stepsister Still Calls Me Loser also shares it. Sadie there is the rival from college who becomes a stepsister.

Editorial take

A door that stays open turns every ordinary moment into a small decision, which suits a short serial. Counting looks is a clever way to give the watcher a position of strength, and living under one roof keeps the pressure on in every scene.

Against that, “for now” promises an ending the synopsis has already half given away. The first two episodes need to show some variety in the routine, or five clips built on one open door may blur together.

I will be comparing how this and the Noah series use their doors. One is a game, the other a standing offer, and I suspect that matters more than the shared premise.
